To provide a distinctive brand and identity to downtown Broken Arrow after it had become an economically challenged area with deteriorating real estate in both their residential and retail locations, the Mayor and City Council kicked off a Downtown Revitalization Plan in 2005. This historic part of the city became known as the "Rose District".
Public projects, worth over $65 million, included the renovation of historic buildings, a new 1,500 seat Performing Arts Center, a new Pavilion to hold a Farmer's Market and community gatherings, a 1,200 square-foot interactive water feature, new bricked paved sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, decorative street lamps, over-sized planters and so much more. All of this caused private sector funding to surge as many new businesses relocated into the once declining district.
These changes have elevated the quality of life for residents and brought more than 1,000 new jobs and over 70 new businesses into the area. By offering a variety of tantalizing dining, exciting nightlife, local entertainment and cultural experiences, the "Rose District" is now one of the most popular destinations in the region.
There's so much going on in the "Rose District" with a little something for everyone. Follow me as I feature all the uniqueness it has to offer. In the meantime, head on down and check it out. I would LOVE your feedback!

"Working with eXp Realty was a pleasure. When we started, we had no idea what we wanted, but our buyer agent helps us figure out the pros and cons of all our options. Our agent went the extra mile willing to put in the extra effort to answer our questions, to make sure we were happy with our decisions, and educated about the market and local area.
