Hey there! I’m Rachel, and I’m excited to share my journey with you! When I relocated to Tulsa over a decade ago, my husband and I took a leap of faith and bought our very first investment property. It was an exciting adventure for me, and I absorbed so much knowledge from that first project! After selling that initial property, I discovered my passion for the entire process. I started acquiring investment properties to create income for my family and myself.

Fast forward to today, and I’ve spent years immersed in the Tulsa metro area, navigating the ins and outs of buying, selling, renting, staging, flipping, and investing. I’ve become a bit of a local market expert, and I couldn’t be more passionate about it! 

Now, I specialize in helping buyers purchase their first investment properties and homes. Backed by 12 years of experience, I walk through an average of 3-5 homes per week. From fixer-uppers to luxury homes, I am well-versed in the Tulsa real estate market. In addition, I have personally bought, sold, and rented over 40 homes in the last 10+ years. I am passionate about educating homeowners and home buyers on how to successfully market, list, and sell their homes and how to search for a new home or investment property.

As a mother of four, my husband and I love living here and love our the Jenks school district. One of the greatest joys in this profession is to help people find the house, neighborhood, and community that makes them feel at home.
